XYZ axes are drove by precious ball screw which is low-noise, space-efficient and light design, high acceleration and deceleration, high-accuracy, high repeatability. The Rapid federate of 3 axes is up to 20m/min, and the acceleration is up to 0.3G ~ 0.6G.
One piece casting made column bridge: enforce the machine rigidity and stability while machining.
Base: Inverted dual V-shaped rib structure applied in basement design to achieve best force flow path. The whole travel of X-axis is supported, and this is to avoid gravitational dropping and deformed into guarantee workpiece and surface machining accuracy.
